Abstract

The topic is considered to be actual because modern society has many potential entrepreneurs, but only few of them become successful and manage to maintain sustaining growth of their business. The aim of the research work is to represent some approaches to the phenomenon of entrepreneurship and the modern business community values as the basis for the innovative economy development. The readiness to changes is considered as the main precondition needed to form a new type of entrepreneurial thinking. The key method used while studying the problem was the statistics analysis, Delphy’s method and interviewing which allows to determine the most actual values of Russian entrepreneurs at the current stage of entrepreneurship development in Russia; modeling method. The result of the research work is the set of the most significant values of the entrepreneurship that was discovered and analyzed such as bravery, fortitude, vision, honesty, respect to others, trust, generosity, also the research work proves the necessity of forming and development of such characteristic as readiness to changes and the model of basic elements of this category was suggested. The results can be used for elaborating authentic courses aimed to entrepreneurship culture development among Russian business environment. © International Economic Society.
