Abstract

A simple, fast and reliable procedure for the determination of some drugs in commercial formulations (tablets, injections, suppositories, and oral suspensions is presented. After separation, quantitation was performed by densitometry. The method was validated for accuracy, reproducibility, selectivity, linearity, and detection limit.
